Ms. Hu is a partner in Mclaughlin & Stern's New York office. She is a member of the firms' corporate and securities department. Ms. Hu has experience in international corporate finance, including public and private securities offerings. She represents issuers, investors and investment banks in public offerings and private placements of equity, debt and convertible securities, reverse merger, PIPEs financing, and other complex transactions. Her capital markets experience includes several cross-border transactions, including representation of United States and Chinese companies in telecommunications, media, technology, and pharmaceutical industries. She also had one year work experience in a PRC law firm, where her practice focused on foreign direct investment, Sino-foreign joint venture and other general corporate matters.
Ms. Hu received her L.L.B from Zhongshan University in 1998 and L.L.M from China University of Political Science and Law in 2001. She also received an L.L.M in Corporate and securities Law from Vanderbilt School of Law in 2003, and a J.D. from University of Alabama in 2007.
Ms. Hu was admitted to practice in the State of New York and New Jersey. She also qualified to practice in China. She is a native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English and Cantonese.

胡女士 1998 年在中山大学获法学学士学位，2001 年获中国政法大学法学硕士。她于 2003 年在范德比尔特法学院获公司与证券法法学硕士，2007 年又获阿拉巴马大学法学博士。
胡女士已获纽约州和新泽西州的律师执照，也有中国的律师执照。她自幼讲普通话，英语和广东话也很流利。
