Erica Howard-Potter received her B.A. with departmental honors in 1997 from Union College and her J.D., cum laude, from Albany Law School in 2006. She also received her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 2007. After practicing for several years at a large New York City law firm, Ms. Howard-Potter joined McLaughlin & Stern, LLP in 2011 as an associate in the trusts and estates department.
