Ralph R. Hochberg has been engaged in the practice of law for over 40 years. He represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of practice areas including corporate, commercial transactions, shareholder litigation, real estate, trusts and estates, litigation in numerous areas of law, family law and family issues, and the hospitality industry. Mr. Hochberg received his B.A. from the University of Vermont and his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law.
Mr. Hochberg has extensive experience is a diverse range of practice areas which he uses in the representation of his clients. He represents large and small businesses, their principals and families for many years. During the course of representation, his familiarity with the client and the client's needs as they relate to personal and business issues has allowed him to provide quality effective services to his clients. When necessary, he advocate the interests of his clients in Federal and State Courts.
Mr. Hochberg has experience in the defense of lawsuits involving legal malpractice, architecture malpractice, engineering malpractice, accounting malpractice and defense of condominium boards.
His client base encompasses well known respected restaurants, restauranteurs and chefs, accounting firms, law firms, investors, construction companies, manufacturing companies and successful high net worth individuals. When necessary, he counsels and represents clients in complex transactions, litigations, and personal family issues, including divorce and child custody issues. It is the interrelation of the diverse practice areas which enable the client to have the benefit of many years of practical experience.
Mr. Hochberg serves as a Director of the Rogosin Institute, a Member of the NY Presbyterian Health System, and has been Chairman of the Audit Committee for 8 years. He was an Adjunct Professor at Pace University.
