Biography

David R. Fishkin has extensive experience in the practice of corporate law. Mr. Fishkin has concentrated in the corporate finance, securities, transactional and corporate governance practice areas, representing a wide range of domestic and international companies in connection with public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Mr. Fishkin graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1993 where he was an editor of the Brooklyn Law Review. He received a B.A. from Binghamton University. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
