Tracy Burnett is a partner in the litigation department. Her practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense, regulatory actions, internal investigations and corporate compliance.

Ms. Burnett received a J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she served as Associate Editor of the Review of Law and Social Change. She received her B.A. from the University of Virginia. Prior to joining McLaughlin & Stern, she was a litigation associate with Debevoise & Plimpton LLP and clerked for the Hon. Carl E. Stewart of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Ms. Burnett is a member of the Bar of New York and is admitted to practice in the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York.
