Wade C. Wilkinson is an associate in the litigation department where he concentrates in complex litigation with a focus in wage and hour collective actions, consumer class actions, bankruptcy litigation and general commercial litigation. Mr. Wilkinson graduated cum laude from Albany Law School of Union University in 2005. While attending Albany, Mr. Wilkinson worked as a research assistant to Professor David D. Siegel during which time he edited Professor Siegel's two monthly publications, Siegel's Practice Review and New York State Law Digest, as well the 4th edition of Professor Siegel's New York Practice "horn book." Additionally, Mr. Wilkinson was a member of the Albany Law Review and Albany's Moot Court program.
Previously Mr. Wilkinson was an associate at several prominent New York firms where he practiced in the fields of commercial and real estate litigation and bankruptcy litigation, gaining extensive experience in both federal and state court. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Ithaca College in 2001. Additionally, while in college, Mr. Wilkinson was selected by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America as a member of the 2000 Academic All-America First-Team.
