Justine A. Stringer is an associate in the Firm's Matrimonial and Family Law Department. Upon graduation from law school, she worked as a volunteer law clerk for the Honorable New York County Supreme Court Justice Matthew F. Cooper. She has represented many high net worth individuals in complicated, and often high conflict, matrimonial and family matters. She has litigated orders of protection cases pro bono for victims of domestic violence, and she routinely appears in the Supreme and Family Courts in New York, Kings, Bronx, Queens, Nassau and Westchester counties.
Ms. Stringer has successfully litigated international child custody and international child abduction disputes, including proceedings in federal court under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.
