Hannah W. Mensch is an associate in the firm's trusts & estates department, having joined McLaughlin & Stern in 2008 after practicing at a large Manhattan law firm for five years. She advises clients in connection with estate planning, the administration of Trusts and Estates, and general tax matters. She also has experience in the areas of charitable gift planning and tax-exempt organizations.
Ms. Mensch is a Highest Distinction and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Michigan, where she received an A.B. in English and Psychology, and a cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School. She also holds an Advanced Professional Certificate in Estate Planning from the New York University School of Law.
