Carly A. Krasner is an associate in the Firm's Matrimonial and Family Law Department. Ms. Krasner is a litigator by training and is a zealous advocate for her clients. She has a deep understanding of the unique emotional and financial challenges facing families and individuals during the separation and divorce process, and she endeavors to find creative out-of-court solutions whenever possible. Ms. Krasner has represented high net worth individuals in a variety of complex matrimonial matters including high conflict financial cases, custody cases, child support modification actions, and the negotiation of prenuptial and separation agreements. She is admitted to practice before the Courts of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts. She regularly appears in the Supreme Courts in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Westchester, and Nassau counties.
Ms. Krasner is a graduate of the University of Vermont and a cum laude graduate of Pace University School of Law. She competed in the Conrad B. Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition and served as the Symposium and Submissions Editor of the Pace International Law Review. While attending law school, Ms. Krasner served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Elizabeth S. Stong in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York.
