Benjamin S. Kaplan is an associate in the firm's litigation, municipal and elder law department. Mr. Kaplan concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, municipal law and elder law and serves as a village prosecutor in Nassau County. Before joining the firm, Mr. Kaplan was associated with the New York office of King & Spalding LLP, a major international firm. Mr. Kaplan was graduated magna cum laude from Hofstra Law School in 2006, where he ranked fifth in his class, served as Associate Editor of the Hofstra Law Review, and was on the Dean's List for each academic year. During law school Mr. Kaplan served as a summer clerk for Judge William D. Wall of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Mr. Kaplan received his Bachelor's Degree in Talmudic Law from Yeshiva B'nei Torah Rabbinical College in 2001.
