
Alan Sash has experience in litigation covering a broad cross-section of legal issues. He began his career as a law clerk to the Honorable John A. McLaughlin in the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey. Alan then went into private practice representing both plaintiffs and defendants before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. He has done extensive work in the fields of business, matrimonial, class action, real estate, employment and constitutional litigation.
Alan is a graduate of Binghamton University and graduated from Hofstra University School of Law in 1998. He is a current member of the New York State Bar Association - Commercial and Federal Litigation Section and the Federal Bar Council. He has also served on the board of directors of various corporations including Scarsdale Country Estates Owners, Inc. and Pleasantville Community Television, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation.
